Wellington the boxer dog was born on the 14th July 2010. At 10 weeks old we met him at his home in Essex. He was was the last of two puppies to leave, and had been with his identical sister for three weeks. His sister also found a home on that very day, Sunday the 3rd October 2010.
Wellington like his name sake was brave at leaving his family behind, not looking back. Instead he happily embarked on a long trip from his home town to Norfolk, even the long delays from road closures and the unfamiliar surrounding did not make him complain.
As soon as he arrived he staked out his new home and stamped his mark on what was his. He has claimed a rug he is rather fond of, and will only play with his toys on his rug. He is also a keen leaf muncher, he stalks the leaves that are lying on the floor acting suspiciously and bites them, showing those leaves who's the boss of the garden. Then he returns to the house, demanding his warm towel and a good rub down so he is dry for his afternoon nap or toy wrestling session!
